Seventh grade students have an opportunity to practice their language skills in an immersive environment abroad. Students studying Mandarin are invited to travel to China. Two years ago in 2011, the 7th grade travellers joined a delegation of students from the Upper School on a trip through Beijing, Xian, Suzhou, Hagzhou, and Shanghai. Here is a video compiled by the Jianping Middle School in Shanghai which the students visited, as well as photo highlights from the trip.
